VERMIN: 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals Rules Against President Trump, “Refugees” Still Welcome

I’m rarely this mad, even though I would have put money on this being the most likely outcome.

You see, those of us living in the United States have become shackled to a bloated monster that is the Judiciary, with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals being one of the worst in the land.

I mean, look at the creatures that now have the right to dictate issues of national security and immigration in defiance of laws AND THE DAMNED CONSTITUTION ITSELF!

This is disgusting in every sense of the word, and I would urge the President to unleash the full effects of a modern Andrew Jackson and order those loyal to this nation to ignore this treasonous decision ASAP.

Forget the fighting and appeals to the Supreme Court, as it would almost certainly result in a 4-4 tie, and would thus allow the previous ruling to stand in defiance of all that is noble, holy, and sane.

From CNBC:

A federal appeals court in San Francisco has refused to reinstate President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday wouldn’t block a lower-court ruling that suspended the ban and allowed previously barred travelers to enter the U.S. An appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court is possible.

The court says the U.S. government hasn’t shown a likelihood it will succeed in appealing to reinstate the ban. It also hasn’t shown that failure to reinstate the ban would cause irreparable injury.

Just wait until we get true enrichment over here that will make the truck attack in France look like the accident of a ninety-year old granny – then at least we’ll be able to institute a nationwide state of emergency that will squash the courts like disease-bearing bugs.

The three-judge panel said Washington state proved it had the legal right to bring the lawsuit over the ban by alleging its universities would suffer harm. That was one of the questions that the judges considered.

Universities have complained about students and faculty getting stranded overseas.

U.S. District Judge James Robart in Seattle issued a temporary restraining order halting the ban last week after Washington state and Minnesota sued. The ban temporarily suspended the nation’s refugee program and immigration from countries that have raised terrorism concerns.

Justice Department lawyers appealed to the 9th Circuit, arguing that the president has the constitutional power to restrict entry to the United States and that the courts cannot second-guess his determination that such a step was needed to prevent terrorism.

Again, Mr. President, perhaps it is best to avoid taking this through ridiculous legal circles, as that is the home field of the Jews and cuckolds who hate this country.

Impose martial law, and have these pathetic wretches hauled off in handcuffs for treason.

And when they try to make complaints about the alleged violations of “human rights,” order the military to disperse protesters by any means necessary, and allow Attorney General Jeff Sessions to pursue the firing squad for those convicted.

You have the right to do this, and you have the right to ban whoever the hell you want to from entering our once-beautiful and prosperous land.

One last time – ignore these rodents in robes, Mr. President, and toss their worthless briefing into the nastiest trashcan within reach.

  1. I absolutely agree. Ignore the courts. The 9th Circuit is ignoring the constitution and worse, they're using contortions of it to justify their ridiculous decision. Declare martial law and be done with it.

As Andrew Jackson famously said: 'The Court has made their decision. Now let them enforce it.'

  2. The law is clear enough. President Trump read it out at the Sheriffs' Conference.

    8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens
    (f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

It's time to arrest the judges for treason.

  3. DHS has no choice other than to protect the citizens of the jU.S.A. Period. The only other choice?...

  4. The two specimens on the left and right are rat-like you-know-whos. The one in the middle looks like a mummified child-molester. No wonder that court ruled the way it did.

Death to the jew-dicial system, long live our Warrior-King!
